Sunday at the cinema.

After walking to Hopscotch Cafe in Elsternwick for late breakfasts on a breezy & cool Sunday, Aradhna and I ventured to the nearby Classic Cinema to see Four Christmases. Hilarious in spurts but mostly underwhelming, I came away confounded by two things:

1. Vince Vaughan's character calls his desired vacation locale 'Fiji Island' and, much worse, a sign behind an airport ticketing agent reads 'Fiji Island Airlines'. Fiji is made up of 300 ISLANDS, for crying out loud.


2. In Australia the film has been renamed 'Four Holidays'. Huh?
