Impossible not to think about friends who report seeing plumes of smoke from the windows of their homes. Hope they all experience nothing more than an appreciation for the unpredictability of such a destructive force.

When fire creates weather.
A massive pyrocumulus cloud seems to blow from within a rampaging wildfire north of Los Angeles. Impossible not to think about friends who report seeing plumes of smoke from the windows of their homes. Hope they all experience nothing more than an appreciation for the unpredictability of such a destructive force.
