Dainty Green Tree Frog

This Dainty Green Tree Frog hitched a ride from its native Queensland/northeast New South Wales region on a plant that ended up in a St Kilda florist shop. The shop brought the tiny amphibian -- about the size of my thumbnail -- to St Kilda Vet Clinic, who in turn called Wildlife Victoria. I picked up the frog yesterday and brought him to the veterinary dept at Melbourne Zoo, who'll hold him in quarantine before putting him in one of their amphibian displays.
